The field "cc_auth_number" in the table "OrderForm Header" -- is it the field for CVV2 (Credit Card Security Code) or is it for something else? If it is not, where can I store CVV2 along with the credit card number, expiration date in OrderFormHeader tbl?
A: You can certainly use that field to store CVV2.

Thanks very much. Another question i Have is if i have Commerce Server 2002 Enterprise Edition, do i need SQL Server Enterprise edition as well in order to fully support all functionalities of the commerce server?
A: You do not neccessarily have to have SQL Enterprise Edition depending on what features of Commerce Server you are using. For certain features such as OLAP over HTTP you will need SQL Enterprise Edition.

Is there any good documentation on setting up the data warehouse on one computer and Business Desk on another computer and have the Business Desk communicate to the data warehouse through "Analysis" service? If not, can you please give a brief description
A: This is a pretty standard configuration. Have you looked at the "Configuring a typical deployment" section of the docs?

Sounds like you need to grant specific permissions through authorization manager in order to manage the catalogs. There's a section in the FP1 documentation on post installation requirements that outline the procedure for setting this up.
