Session Outline
In this session, we will talk about how to make the move to Windows Server virtualization. We will begin by discussing several different scenarios where businesses can benefit from virtualization, and how Windows Server virtualization solves problems in these scenarios. Following on, we will take a look at the architecture of WSv. Because WSv is a new, hypervisor-based technology, it's helpful to understand how WSv is designed to provide benefits over other virtualization products at the enterprise level. Finally, we will take a look at the specifics of migrating physical machines or machines from another virtual environment to Windows Server virtualization.
