Session Outline

In this session, we will focus on Windows Server 'Longhorn' server roles, the new Server Manager console, and how it can be effectively used for configuring and deploying Windows Server 'Longhorn'. Server Roles play a crucial part in the Windows Server 'Longhorn' operation, so we will be talking a lot about Server Roles in this session. We will be looking at some of the tools and features that Microsoft has developed to streamline the configuration and deployment of Windows Server 'Longhorn'. Because Server management within a Windows Server 'Longhorn' environment makes primary use of the Server Manager console. We will look at how this new tool provides system administrators a means to view and manage virtually all aspects of server productivity and health.
