Matthew Robben joined the Windows Performance team at Microsoft as a Program Manager in 2008. Matthew is responsible for improving the energy efficiency of the Windows 8 operating system and establishing an automated client power test infrastructure for the performance team. He has given TechReady talks, authored several WHDC white papers, and published a paper in CMG Journal about power measurement.
