Missing timesheets report (ProjMissingHourReg) [AX 2012]

Use this report to view employees who have not completed and posted their time sheets for a date range that you select.

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Field

Description

Period code

Select the period code. The period code that you select determines the start dates that you select in the Start date field.

Start date

Click the calendar icon next to the Start date field. The Start date and End date are displayed for the selected Period code. Select a starting date for the date range that you want to view in the report.

NoteNote

If you do not select a start date that is applicable to the selected Period code, the report will be empty.

All employees

Select whether to include all employees who have not posted their timesheets in the selected period.

Send e-mail

Select whether to automatically send an e-mail message to employees who have not posted their time sheets in the selected period.

Click Project management and accounting > Reports > Timesheets > Missing timesheets.

The data on this report comes from the following sources:

  • ProjMissingHourRegDP.ProcessReport

  • TmpProjMissingHourReg table

To determine where the data in the temp tables comes from, view the cross-references for the ProjMissingHourRegDP.ProcessReport class.

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
