Absence groups (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Absence > Absence groups.
You can use absence groups to categorize absence codes into logical groups. For example, an absence group called “Leave” might include the following absence codes.

Open the Absence codes form, where you can associate absence codes with the selected absence group. |

Absence group |
Enter an identification code for the absence group. |
Reduce flex |
Select this check box to reduce the balance of flexible hours for workers who register an absence using an absence code within the absence group. |
Deduct overtime |
Select this check box to reduce overtime hours for workers who register an absence using an absence code within the absence group. |
Job identification |
The time and attendance job ID that is associated with the absence group. |
Registration |
Select this check box to allow workers to enter an absence registration using the absence codes in the absence group. |
