Click Human resources > Setup > Competencies > Education > Degrees.
Use this form to maintain a list of the educational degrees that your workers, applicants, or contact persons might have earned. For example, a degree might be one of the following:
Bachelor of Science
Masters of Business Administration
You can use educational degrees as search criteria in skill mapping searches, skill gap analysis, and skill profiles. For more information, see About skills.
