Diagnosis areas (form)

Click Service management > Setup > Repair > Diagnosis areas.
Use this form to create the diagnosis areas that are used in repair lines for service objects. Diagnosis areas are used to group diagnosis codes and describe problems.
Example
A customer brings an automobile to your repair shop and reports several issues, which you list as diagnosis areas:
When the brakes are applied, the car makes a noise and the steering wheel shakes. You add Brake pads as a diagnosis area.
The car shakes when it turns corners. You add Steering linkage as a diagnosis area.
