Retirement (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select an employee. On the Action Pane, click Payroll tab > Human resources group > Benefits and deductions > Retirement.

Use this form to enter retirement information for an employee.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field

Description

Start date

Enter the date on which the pension plan begins.

End date

Enter the date on which the pension plan expires.

Pension type

Select the pension plan type.

Payroll category

Select the payroll category for the pension plan.

Private pension company

Enter the name of the private pension company affiliated with the pension plan. Do this only if you selected the Administered personnel pension plan option in the Pension type field.

Contract number

Enter the contract number for the pension plan.

Pension amount

The amount that is included monthly to the employee’s pension plan.

Employee percentage

The percentage that the employee contributes to the retirement plan each pay period.

Employer percentage

The percentage that the employer contributes to the retirement plan for the employee each pay period.
