Fixed asset statement rows report (AssetStatementRowSetup) [AX 2012]

Use this report to view how the information in the Fixed asset statement rows form is set up.

To make sure that all fixed assets are included in a statement row, select the Show fixed assets not included check box to display all fixed assets that have not been included in the fixed asset statement row. Fixed assets can be included in a row either directly, as a separate fixed asset, or indirectly, as part of a total that is created in the fixed asset statement row.

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Select this check box to display fixed assets that have not been included in the fixed asset statement row.

Click Fixed assets > Reports > Base data > Fixed asset statement rows.

The data on this report comes from the following sources:

  • AssetStatementFixedAssetsTmp table

  • AssetStatementRowSetupTmp table

To determine where the data in the temp tables comes from, view the cross-references for the AssetStatementRowSetupDP.processReport class.

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
