Classrooms (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Courses > Classrooms.

Use this form to maintain information about the rooms that you hold training courses in.

Note

You cannot delete a classroom that is currently being used by a course.

Navigating the form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Classroom	Enter a name or identification code for the classroom.
Max	Enter the maximum number of seats in the classroom.
Occupancy	Enter the maximum occupancy for the classroom. Note This value does not control the number of participants that can register for a course in the classroom.
Course location	Select the location of the classroom. The information in this field is maintained in the following form: Course locations (form)
Classroom group	Select a classroom group for the classroom. The information in this field is maintained in the following form: Classroom groups (form)
