Create planned absence (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Human resources > Periodic > Time and attendance > Create planned absence.

Use this form to register absences for a group of workers for a specific period of time.

For example, if a team has planned summer vacation from July 1 to July 15, the supervisor can create absence registrations for all team members in advance. The selected absence code is inserted automatically when the workers’ registrations are calculated, which means that the supervisor does not have to insert the absence code manually each day in the period.
