The Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer Tool has determined that an Active Directory® directory service domain controller may not be available. Verify that you have network connectivity to an Active Directory domain controller.

To correct this error

  • If you specified an Active Directory domain controller in the Exchange Server Analyzer, try connecting without specifying a domain controller.

  • If you have not specified a domain controller, specify a domain controller that is running and is available to you.
