This topic explains how to create a storage group.

Procedure

To create a storage group

  1. In Exchange System Manager, right-click the server where you want to create the storage group.

  2. Click New.

  3. Click Storage Group.

  4. On the General tab of the Properties dialog box, type the name exactly as it appears on your backup media.

  5. Click OK.
