Get-ReceiveConnector

Applies to: Exchange Server 2010

Topic Last Modified: 2011-03-19

Use the Get-ReceiveConnector cmdlet to view the configuration information for a Receive connector on a computer that has the Hub Transport server role or the Edge Transport server role installed.

Get-ReceiveConnector [-Identity <ReceiveConnectorIdParameter>] [-DomainController <Fqdn>]

Get-ReceiveConnector [-DomainController <Fqdn>] [-Server <ServerIdParameter>]

Parameter Required Type Description

DomainController

Optional

Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Fqdn

The DomainController parameter specifies the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the domain controller that retrieves data from Active Directory. The DomainController parameter isn't supported on the Edge Transport server role. The Edge Transport server role reads only from the Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS) instance.

Identity

Optional

Microsoft.Exchange.Configuration.Tasks.ReceiveConnectorIdParameter

The Identity parameter specifies the GUID or connector name that represents a specific Receive connector. You can also include the server name using the format ServerName\ConnectorName.

You can omit the parameter label so that only the connector name or GUID is supplied.

Server

Optional

Microsoft.Exchange.Configuration.Tasks.ServerIdParameter

The Server parameter specifies the name of the server to query when the command is run. Only the Receive connectors configured on the server that you specify are displayed.

You need to be assigned permissions before you can run this cmdlet. Although all parameters for this cmdlet are listed in this topic, you may not have access to some parameters if they're not included in the permissions assigned to you. To see what permissions you need, see the "Receive connectors" entry in the Transport Permissions topic.
