Public folder store will not mount on start-up

The Microsoft® Exchange Best Practices Analyzer Tool queries the Active Directory® directory service to determine the value for the msExchEDBOffline attribute of all objects with a class of msExchPublicMDB. Objects with this class are public folder databases.
A value of True for the msExchEDBOffline attribute indicates that the public folder database will not be mounted automatically when the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service starts. A value of False indicates that the public folder database will be mounted at startup. If the Exchange Server Analyzer finds the value for this attribute set to True, a warning is displayed.
This warning indicates that the Do not mount this store at start-up check box is selected. This check box is on the Database tab of the public folder database Properties dialog box. When the check box is selected, the public folder database will not be mounted automatically when the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service starts. The next time the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is started, for example after a reboot of the server, a public folder database with this attribute set to True will not mount. It is recommended that public folder databases mount automatically when the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is started.
To correct this warning on Exchange 2000 Server and Exchange Server 2003
Open Exchange System Manager.
Expand Servers, and then expand the server that contains the public folder store you want to modify.
Expand the storage group that contains the public folder store you want to modify.
Right-click the public folder store, and then click Properties.
On the Database tab, clear the Do not mount this store at start-up check box.
Click OK to save the setting.
Close Exchange System Manager.
To correct this warning for Exchange Server 2007 and for Exchange Server 2010
Open Exchange Management Console.
Expand Server Configuration and then select the server that you want to work with.
Expand the storage group that you want to work with.
Right-click the public folder database that you want to work with, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, click to clear the Do not mount this database at start-up check box.
Click OK to save the setting.
Close Exchange Management Console.
