Transactions report (CustTransList) [AX 2012]

Use this report to view customer transactions that have been invoiced. This information includes the debits, credits, and amounts for each invoice.

To improve performance when you print this report for many records at the same time, use one or both of the following options:

  • Use batch processing. By moving the processing to a server, report performance can improve.

  • Apply range restrictions to limit the number of records on each report.

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Description

Only open

Select this check box to include only open transactions on the report, and to exclude transactions that are settled.

Include reversed

Select this check box to include reversed transactions on the report.

Exchange rates

To include information about foreign currency revaluations on the report, select Adjustment date. Otherwise, select Invoice date.

Click Accounts receivable > Reports > Transactions > Customer > Transactions.

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
