Hello -
I have e-mails from users leaving our company redirected to a account we created.
This account then replies to the original sender stating, "Use is no longer with company ... blah, blah, blah"
In the body of the e-mail is the user who left old e-mail's information so should the e-mail be sent in a broadcast from the higher ups or in a company wide e-mail the sender knows to remove that user from their distribution list.
My question and showing of limited knowledge in this arena is how do I trigger this VBA module once it recieved by the account from the user who left the company?
Example: User A leaves
User B sends a msg to User A
User C (is set up for all replies to be redirected to by users who have left the
company).
User C would then send to User B a msg that User A no longer is with the company.
The body of the msg is set in a script, as a OOF msg does not have the ability to capture the User A e-mail address once it is sent or redirected to User C for properly to replying to User B.
Any assistance on this is needed as soon as possible and as quickly as possible.
