Each organization defines what it expects from an Exchange Administrator regarding contact management. However, there are certain common tasks that Exchange Administrators need to perform with regard to contact objects. For example:

  • Mail-enabling contact objects

  • Mail-disabling contact objects

  • Removing Exchange attributes

These tasks can be performed using the Exchange Tasks Wizard in the Exchange-enabled Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-in.
