Edge Transport > Anti-Spam > IP Block List Providers Properties > Exceptions Tab

Applies to: Exchange Server 2007 SP3, Exchange Server 2007 SP2, Exchange Server 2007 SP1

Use the Exceptions tab on the IP Block List providers properties to specify recipients in your organization for which messages are not blocked by the IP Block List provider lists. For example, if you have a customer support e-mail alias, you may want to accept all inbound e-mail messages for that address.

  • Do not block messages sent to the following e-mail addresses, regardless of provider feedback
In this field, type the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) address for an existing recipient that you don't want to block. For example, kim@contoso.com.
  • Edit
To change a recipient's SMTP address, select the recipient's SMTP address from the list, and then click Edit.
  • Remove
To delete a recipient from the Exceptions list, select the recipient's SMTP address, and then click Remove icon.
  • Apply
To save your changes without closing the dialog box, click Apply.
