Performing scheduled and interval scans

Client Security allows you to configure scheduled and interval malware scans and SSA scans. You can implement these scans by configuring and deploying Client Security policies. Using policies to specify scheduled and interval scans lets you configure the times and types of scans for large groups of computers, while also letting you create different schedules for groups of computers by deploying policies with different scanning schedules and intervals.
For information about how to configure scheduled malware scans, see Configuring scheduled and interval malware scans.
For information about how to configure scheduled SSA scans, see Configuring security state assessment scans.
