System Center Essentials Create Group Wizard - Object Selection Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to search for and select one or more objects that become members of the group. This dialog box appears when you are adding or removing objects with the Create Group Wizard.

This dialog box contains the following elements.

  • Search for
    Displays available managed object groups.
  • Filter by part of name (optional)
    Enables you to enter text to filter results by when you click Search.
  • Search
    Searches for results based on Search for, Filter by part of name (optional), or both.
  • Available items
    Displays results returned by the search. When you click one or more items, you can add them to the group.
  • Selected objects
    Displays objects you selected to become members of the group.
  • Add
    Adds items to the Selected objects list.
  • Remove
    Removes items from the Selected objects list.
  • OK
    Closes the dialog box, adds selected objects as members of the group, and returns you to the Create Group Wizard.
  • Cancel
    Closes the dialog box without adding objects as members of the group and returns you to the Create Group Wizard.
