Public Folder Properties > Exchange General Tab > Custom Attributes

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 will reach end of support on April 11, 2017. To stay supported, you will need to upgrade. For more information, see Resources to help you upgrade your Office 2007 servers and clients.

Applies to: Exchange Server 2007 SP1, Exchange Server 2007 SP2, Exchange Server 2007 SP3

Use the Custom Attributes dialog box to view or change the custom attributes for the mail-enabled public folder.

You can use the custom attributes to store information about the mail-enabled public folder that does not easily fit into the existing fields. For example, you can use a custom attribute to store the cost center of the mail-enabled public folders.

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 provides 15 custom attributes for each mail-enabled public folder. To configure a custom attribute for a mail-enabled public folder, use the text box that corresponds to the custom attribute that you want.
