Use the Custom Attributes dialog box to view or change the custom attributes for the mail-enabled public folder.

You can use the custom attributes to store information about the mail-enabled public folder that does not easily fit into the existing fields. For example, you can use a custom attribute to store the cost center of the mail-enabled public folders.

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 provides 15 custom attributes for each mail-enabled public folder. To configure a custom attribute for a mail-enabled public folder, use the text box that corresponds to the custom attribute that you want.

To ensure that you are reading the most up-to-date information and to find additional Exchange Server 2007 documentation, visit the Exchange Server TechCenter.
