When an assigned program is about to run, a status icon is displayed in the status tray of the taskbar to provide a countdown. This icon remains in the status tray until the countdown is completed or until you click Run. You can double-click the status icon to display the Program Countdown Status dialog box.

The Program Countdown Status dialog box contains the following elements:

Properties

Opens the Program Properties dialog box for the program that is about to run.

Run

Starts running the assigned program. Depending on the setting assigned by the administrator, this will start running the program directly from network or from cache. If the program is not present in cache then it will be downloaded and then run.

Hide

Removes the Program Countdown Status dialog from view. This will not interrupt a pending program download or prevent an assigned program from running on schedule.
