Use the Reminders tab of the Configuration Manager 2007 Computer Client Agent Properties dialog box to specify how often users of client computers are notified of approaching deadlines and mandatory assignment schedules.

Reminders are shown for mandatory software distribution advertisements, task sequence advertisements and software updates deployments.

This tab contains the following elements:

Deadline greater than 24 hours, remind user every (hours)

Specifies in hours how often the user is reminded about upcoming deadlines or deployments when they are more than 24 hours away. The default value is every 3 hours.

Deadline less than 24 hours, remind user every (hours)

Specifies in hours how often the user is reminded about upcoming deadlines or deployments when they are less than 24 hours away. The default value is every 1 hour.

Deadline less than 1 hour, remind user every (minutes)

Specifies in minutes how often the user is reminded about upcoming deadlines or deployments when they are less than 1 hour away. The default value is every 15 minutes.

OK

Saves the changes and exits the dialog box.

Cancel

Exits the dialog box without saving any changes.

Apply

Saves the changes and remains in the dialog box.

Help

Opens the help topic for this tab of the dialog box.
