Public Folder Management Console > Connect to Server > Select Public Folder Servers

Use the Select Public Folder Servers dialog box to select a Mailbox server on which a public folder database resides. To select a Mailbox server, click a server in the list or search for a server, and then click OK.   • Name
    This field displays the name of the Mailbox server.
  • Site
    This field displays the Active Directory site on which the Mailbox server resides.
  • Role
    This field displays the server roles that are installed on the Mailbox server.
