The Remove-WebServicesVirtualDirectory cmdlet removes an existing virtual directory from a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 that has the Client Access server role installed.
Remove-WebServicesVirtualDirectory [-Identity <VirtualDirectoryIdParameter>] [-DomainController <Fqdn>]
The Remove-WebServicesVirtualDirectory cmdlet removes an existing virtual directory from an Exchange 2007 Client Access server. You can remove the default Exchange Web Services (EVS) virtual directory or another Exchange Web Services virtual directory.
To run the Remove-WebServicesVirtualDirectory cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
- Exchange Server Administrator role and local Administrators group for the target server
