In order to use Configuration Manager 2007 remote tools, you must first configure options for the remote tools client agent.
In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System CenterConfiguration Manager / Site Database / Site Settings / Client Agents.
Right-click Remote Tools Client Agent, and then click Properties.
In the Remote Tools Client Agent Properties dialog box, specify the following values in the General tab:
In the Remote Tools Client Agent Properties dialog box, specify the following values in the Security tab:
In the Remote Tools Client Agent Properties dialog box, specify the following values in the Notification tab:
In the Remote Tools Client Agent Properties dialog box, specify the following values in the Remote Assistance tab:
In the Remote Tools Client Agent Properties dialog box, specify the following values in the Remote Desktop tab:
Click OK to close the Remote Tools Client Agent Properties dialog box.
