MAC Address Settings

Use the MAC Address Settings dialog box to specify the MAC address of the network adapter that will respond to PXE requests on the network.

MAC Address Settings
Specifies the MAC address of the network adapter installed on PXE service point that will respond to Configuration Manager 2007 network PXE boot requests. Enter the MAC address, and then click OK to save the setting.

You can specify more than one network adapter to respond to network PXE boot requests. The network adapters specified are displayed in the PXE - General page of the New Site Role Wizard. To review the network adapters that have been configured for existing PXE service points, right-click the existing PXE service point, and then click Properties.

The network adapters that have been configured are displayed on the General tab.
