Calls Showing 'null' Information

In some cases, calls will be shown in the CallViewer Call Summary tab with null values in all columns except for ApplicationInstance. This is normal. These events typically do not represent calls, instead they represent Microsoft Speech Server (MSS) session recycling events before calls are received. Configuring the frequency at which sessions are recycled, and therefore the appearance of these events, is dicussed in the MSS help file MSS.chm in the topic "Process Recycles".

However, if it appears these are valid calls that do not show the correct summary information, ensure that the active logging configuration includes the following CallStatus events: CallStartedEvent, CallEndedEvent, and CallRejectedEvent.

Note  If the recycling events are imported into the Reports database, they may also contribute to the count of 'Sessions missing start and end' in the Errors report.
