Windows Event Log Sink

Windows Event Log Sink

The Microsoft Speech Server (MSS) logging schema defines several events of interest to system administrators and operators. These events are sent to the Windows event log sink, and are limited in scope to low-frequency events such as errors or warnings.

Use Event Viewer to view these events.

Script developers can also raise application-specific events to this sink. For more information, see Logging and Analyzing Events.

All events sent to the Windows event log are also sent to the Trace sink.
