Use the Distribution Points page to determine if clients will download an offline address book (OAB) using a Web-based distribution point or public folder distribution point. Web-based distribution uses HTTPS while public folder distribution uses public folders. Use the public folder distribution option for legacy Microsoft Outlook clients.

  • Enable Web based distribution
    Select this box to distribute the OAB from selected virtual directories.
  • Add
    Click this button to add virtual directories from which to distribute the OAB.
  • Remove icon
    Click Remove icon   to delete the Web-based distribution point.
  • Enable Public folder distribution
    Select this box to enable public folder distribution for legacy Outlook clients.
