How to Configure Distribution Points

Applies To: System Center Configuration Manager 2007, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R3, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP1, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP2

In order to distribute packages using Configuration Manager 2007, packages must be copied to distribution points in preparation for being disseminated to designated clients. However, in order to use these distribution points, they must first be configured. This section provides links to the tasks that set up, as well as remove a distribution point in your Configuration Manager site.
