By using MicrosoftDynamics™AX, Microsoft Operations Puerto Rico set up an end to end supply chain management system that will scale the operation from production 20 million CDs to 80 Million CD and DVDs. Microsoft Operations Puerto Rico will be the sole media delivery facility for Microsoft® WindowsVista™ and Microsoft Office 2007 for the Americas.

Microsoft IT leveraged the power of Microsoft Dynamics AX for managing the CD and DVD supply chain for Microsoft Operations Puerto Rico supporting the Windows Vista and Office 2007 Launches. Microsoft DynamicsAX delivered, out of the box, virtually all supply chain management capabilities that the group needed.
