How to Delete a Host Group
Use the Delete host group action in Hosts view to delete a selected host group. Before you delete a host group, you must move all virtual machine hosts out of the host group.
If a host group is used for virtual machine self-service, before you delete the host group, ensure that you have added self-service policies to other host groups for your current self-service users.
To delete a host group
In Hosts view, navigate to the host group that you want to delete in the navigation pane.
In the Actions pane, under Host Groups, click Delete host group.
If the host group contains any hosts, the host group is not deleted.
