Configuring DPM 2007

After you install System Center Data Protection Manager (DPM) 2007, you must perform a series of required configuration tasks before you can start protecting your data. You can also configure optional DPM features at this time, or you can wait and configure optional features at any time after you deploy DPM. The topics in this section provide instructions for opening DPM 2007 for the first time, and then performing each of the required and optional configuration tasks.
