Managing Protection Agents
Applies To: System Center Data Protection Manager 2007
Before you can start protecting data, you must install a protection agent on each computer that contains data that you want to protect.
In the Management task area, you can do the following:
Install protection agents on the computers that you want to protect.
If updates are available, update the protection agents on the computers that you are protecting.
Uninstall the protection agent from the computers that you have stopped protecting.
Check the status of the protection agent on each of your protected computers.
Update protection agent licenses.
