Overview
This technical guide is part of the Microsoft® Deployment Solution Accelerator, the next version of Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) 2007. This document provides guidance for the Image Engineering feature team on the process of using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007.
The guidance in this document extends the guidance found in the Microsoft Deployment document, Image Engineering Feature Team Guide , and contains information about using System Center Configuration Manager. The guides listed in Table 1 provide additional information about using System Center Configuration Manager and its functions and can assist team members in finding the information they need for the configuration and setup of the environment.
Note In this document, Windows applies to the Windows Vista®, Windows® XP Professional, Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, Windows Server® 2008, and Windows Server 2003 operating systems unless otherwise noted.
