Updated: August 26, 2011

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Using result groups is optional when you attach questions to a questionnaire. If you do not want to evaluate results based on correct answers, you do not have to use result groups. For more information, see About result groups.

Note Note

Before you can attach questions to a questionnaire, you must first set up answers, questions, and a questionnaire. For more information, see Setting up questionnaires, Designing questionnaires, and Using questionnaires.

  1. Click Home > Common > Questionnaires > Design > Questionnaires.

  2. Select the questionnaire to attach a question to.

  3. Click Questions, and select Questions.

  4. In the Questions form, click New to create a new line.

  5. In the Question field, select a question.

  6. Complete the remaining fields.

For more information, see Question selection (form).

    NoteNote

If result groups are not being used, the Result calculation field should be set to None.
