Why can't I sign in to the Windows Home Server 2011 Dashboard?

To help maintain a secure home network, only users with administrator permissions can access the Windows Home Server 2011 Dashboard. Additionally, you cannot use the Administrator user account to sign in to the Windows Home Server 2011 Dashboard by using the Launchpad.
