If, during installation, you are not connected to the Internet, use this checklist to ensure you have the necessary prerequisites installed prior to installing Exchange Server 2007. These checks are done automatically when connected to the Internet during installation. By completing this checklist, your system will be better prepared to deploy Exchange Server 2007.

Note:
The 32-bit version of Exchange 2007 is not suppported for production environments. In production environments, you must install the 64-bit version of Exchange 2007. Also, you can only install the Exchange management tools on a computer with a 32-bit processor running Windows Server 2003 SP1, Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition, Windows Server 2003 R2, Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition, or Windows XP SP2.
