Product Compliance Fields That Are Left Empty Are Not Replaced with Null Values

If you do not enter information in the Company, Platform, or URL boxes on the Information tab for a product compliance record, SMS enters the values into the appropriate columns of the SMS site database table as blanks, instead of as null values. You cannot use these fields for filtering on null versus non-null values.
