Troubleshooting Groove Server Relay

The following sections provide approaches to troubleshooting the Groove Relay.
For help with server-related problems, contact Microsoft Support. To help diagnose server problems, you may be asked to supply information from the Windows Event Viewer, which report server application errors, or from the Groove Manager Audit Log for problems involving contact with managed Groove Relay servers. See Viewing Event Logs for information about using the Windows Event Viewer.
