Has anyone else had problems downloading the english version (x86 or x64) of Sharepoint Services 3.0?

It says that it's 106MB, but I only get about 96MB complete, then it says the download is finished.

When trying to install, it immediately pops up, "Installation of this product failed."

I assume the download is corrupt, but it's been a while (I've been trying for almost a month) and I've tried two different networks / Internet connections.
