Adjusting Default Configurations
The Active Directory Rights Management Services Management Pack has been configured to provide the best out-of-the-box experience for most environments. However, in some cases, you may want to enable additional threshold rules or adjust the default rules and thresholds to accommodate your environment.
Enabling the performance threshold rules
Most performance threshold rules are disabled by default. The following table lists the performance threshold rules that we recommend you enable. Before you enable a performance threshold rule, you should create a baseline for the relevant performance counters, and then apply the appropriate overrides to define and enable a suitable threshold for your environment.

Enabling advanced trending and diagnostics performance rules
The optional performance rules in the following table are disabled because they collect performance data that is useful only for advanced trending and diagnostics scenarios. To use these performance rules, set overrides to enable them.
