Chapter 12: Managing Shared Desktops
Windows Vista includes two separate remote access features, each of which allows you to connect to the desktop of a remote computer in a different way. Whereas Remote Desktop allows you to establish your own user session on a remote computer, Remote Assistance allows you to connect to a remote user’s live session.
For the 70-622 exam, you are expected to know how to implement, configure, and troubleshoot both of these remote access technologies.
