Configure Exchange POP3 connectors for Windows SBS 2008 migration

If you had POP3 Connectors on the Source Server, you may want to configure them on the Destination Server.
To configure POP3 Connectors on the Destination Server

On the Destination Server, open the Windows SBS Console.

On the navigation bar, click the Network tab, and then click Connectivity.

Right-click POP3 Connector, and then click View POP3 Connector properties.

Click Add, and then add each of the user accounts from the Source Server POP3 Connector.

Click OK.
