Don't Skimp on BACKUPS!
I prefer using Acronis as my backup solution (<mtps:InstrumentedLink NavigateUrl="http://networksbackup.com/backups-for-small-business-server" runat="server" xmlns:mtps="http://msdn2.microsoft.com/mtps">http://networksbackup.com/backups-for-small-business-server</mtps:InstrumentedLink>) for my small business 2008 customers. I found that the full system backups to be extremely easy to get recovered from and i can preform a restore within 1 hour usually saving my clients $1000s of dollars. What ever you do don't get cheap when it comes to backups.
