Offer remote assistance

Note
You must be a network administrator to complete this procedure.
To offer remote assistance
Open the Windows SBS Console.
On the navigation bar, click Network.
Click the Computers tab.
In the list of computers, select the computer to which you want to offer remote assistance.
Important
You must enable Remote Assistance on the computer to which you want to offer assistance.
- In the Tasks pane, click Offer Remote Assistance.
